WHAT’S YOUR PROCESS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Our international order process is as follows
- Place your order using your address. Shipping costs will appear for some locations and you can proceed to pay.
- If shipping is free, you will receive an updated invoice that includes your shipping fee (within 24 hours). Please note that although shipping may initially appear as “free” during checkout, this is simply a temporary placeholder. Once we receive your order details, the shipping fee is updated based on your location and package specifics.
- After your email confirmation, a payment link will be sent to you.
- Once payment is confirmed, Your order will be processed (look out for an email update) and shipped to you. You will also receive tracking information via email once our delivery partners receive your order between 2-3 days.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER?: Generally, it takes 5-10 business days to deliver international orders.
Note: You may be required to pay additional fees to receive your package – Some governments charge customs fees (UK, Canada and South Africa) – this is your responsibility to pay, not ours or our shipping partner’s.As an importer, you are responsible for customs clearance. We can only provide you with product SDS sheets if required. Follow the requirements of the country of import.
FOR SUCCESSFUL TRANSACTIONS: We find that some payments fail to pass 3DSecure. 3DSecure is an extra level of security to ensure that every transaction done with your card is authorized by the cardholder. This is put in place to reduce fraudulent activities for Card Not Present (CNP) transactions. You can find more information on 3DS (3 Domain Secure) here. To resolve this, kindly reach out to your bank for assistance, and confirm if their card is enabled for 3DS.
