Shipping

We ship out orders 1-2 days (Lagos orders) after confirmation of payment . Delays are possible but you would be contacted prior to delivery. Other locations within Nigeria 2 – 5 days.

International Shippin g

We ship worldwide through mainstream logistic companies. That means that you could get your parcel within a week! If you want to make an international purchase, Please contact us for a shipping quote.

Returns|Refunds

Because of the nature of our goods, we are unable to accept returns for products sold in good condition. If we got your order wrong we will fix it. If for some reason we cannot, a refund will be duly made to you. For more information, please write us at help@treasureactives.com

MEANING OF SYMBOLS WE USE

What do the terms describing the ‘naturalness’ of your ingredients mean?

Natural Product means it is 100% with or without minimal natural processing. Example, cold pressed oils and extracts.

Naturally derived means that it has a starting natural source but may have a synthetic component or has been synthetically processed. Ingredients such as Coco Betaine, Stearic Acid, Potassium Sorbate, have a naturally starting point or but have been synthetically processed.

Nature Identical is completely synthetic but identical to nature (Substances like your vitamins (D-Panthenol, Vitamin B3, Ascorbic acid, etc, Allantoin…) are synthetically produced in cosmetics and are not natural. The worldwide demand for vitamins means that vitamins are produced synthetically. It would mean serious depletion of natural resources to meet that demand so it is only produced synthetically. Only vitamin E (tocopherol) is sometimes still produced naturally from soybeans. Tidesmark stocks 100% natural Tocopherol.

Products with these symbols indicate that it comtains no animal substances.

Organic – This means that the raw materials of this product are naturally grown without any synthetic fertilizers and pesticides and tested free from all these. They have also undergone only natural processing.

Please note, Tidesmark is not an ECO-Certified or USDA certified company; we can sell Certfied Organic products but as such, we cannot issue out any orgarnic certificates.

ALL COSMETIC MATERIALS when used within their regulated use limits are safe to use in cosmetics. Synthetic doesn’t always mean bad and natural doesn’t always mean safe. We include these symbols to help you make the right purchasing decisions that align to your personal preferences or brand ethos.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

Can you help with my formulation?

We can and do provide limited technical assistance. Bear in mind that a foundational background in cosmetic science is essential to properly understand and apply techincal information. We don’t teach how to make cosmetics. However, we can recommend good formulation schools

CURBSIDE PICK UP

We do not TYPICALLY offer pick-ups from our location, However, if a circumstance warrants it, this is possible. We keep a tight control of our facility – moreso with the advent of COVID; therefore, pick-ups are strictly

Pre-ordered: You need to have placed an order with us.
By Appointment: You will be given a specific time frame. If you appear outside of this time frame, you will not be attended to.
Curbside Pick-ups: Once you arrive at our facility’s packing lot (the designated location for pick-ups) a store associate will bring your package to you. We cannot meet you at a busstop, half-way or at any other location.
