DESCRIPTION: ZGel-Maker is a natural modified starch from corn (Zea May) with amazing rheology effects in cosmetics. It offers an excellent viscosity build with a matt finish – ideal for oily skin and reducing the oiliness of formulations. ZGel-Maker makes luxurious-looking crème-gels, helps stabilize emulsions, thickens surfactant systems, and is both hot and cold processable. In hair care, it offers strong-hold gels with film-forming properties for style retention.
ZGel-Maker shows excellent stability against heat, acid, shear, freezing, and thawing. It is an ideal natural choice for emulsion products that require improved physical stability and rheology aesthetics. ZGel-Maker produces creamy-looking and feeling emulsions. It remains stable in the presence of high electrolyte levels.
