DESCRIPTION: Arbutin-Plus is a blend of bearberry extract with two complementary skin-lightening extracts. Arbutin-Plus inhibits tyrosinase activity and prevents melanin formation, prevents oxidative skin darkening and treats UV-induced skin pigmentary disorders. This 100% natural blend with naturally occurring arbutin works synergistically to lighten the skin tone significantly. It contains arbutin, gallic acid, gallotanin, quercetin, myricetin, atractylenolides, kaempferol, bio-active polysaccharides and Bioflavonoids as active compounds. Arbutin-Plus inhibits melanin production via several pathways; Tyrosinase inhibition. Inhibition of UV-inducing pigmentation – dopa oxidase irradiations, Reduction of melanin content and Inhibition of the expression of key genes in irradiated melanocytes.
