GABA regenerates damaged skin cells and boosts the production of collagen and Hyaluronic acid. It also brightens and smoothens the skin. It is able to penetrate the skin deeply to relax tense muscles. It is a neurotransmitter inhibitor with comparable botox-like effects. It also helps improve the skin barrier.
In haircare, it has a good affinity to keratin and helps to repair split ends and detangle the hair.
