INCI: Oenothera Biennis (seed) oil (and) Rosmarinus Officinalis (leaf) extract (for antioxidant protection.

Use rate: 1.0 – 10.0%
Temperature Tolerance: For emulsion stability purposes, add to heated oil-phase. Avoid temperatures above 80°C. Do not extend heating. Otherwise, keep below 60°C.
