DESCRIPTION: SalicWhite (Potassium Methoxysalicylate) is a novel skin lightening agent with a structure similar to salicylic acid in structure along with some of its properties. It inhibits the first two steps of melanogenesis (the process of skin darkening). It prevents excessive skin darkening, and excessive pigment deposition, and balances normal skin proliferation (keratolytic) which leads to a lighter skin tone. It improves the smoothness of the skin.
