DESCRIPTION: Red oil is an extraction of the lipophilic fraction of red onions. It has potent activity against Alopecia (bald patches) It is a proven Ayurvedic solution to stimulate hair growth and prevent split ends and thinning hair. It is a hair growth stimulator with purifying, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and photoprotective properties. So, it helps preserve the natural colour of the hair.

Not surprisingly, it also has an inhibitory effect on melanin synthesis, making it useful in supporting a natural skin-brightening process. Onions are rich in sulfur and allicin, making them beneficial in skin brightening, anti-inflammation, hair breakage and loss, dandruff, etc., and in maintaining skin health. Red onion oil’s allicin content gives it anti-allergic effects inhibiting β-hexosaminidase release. It has a faint scent that may or may not come out in the finished product depending on concentration of use, making it ideal for aesthetic purposes.

HOW TO USE

INCI: Allium Cepa (onion) extract(and) Helianthus Annuus (and) Rosmarinus Officinalis (leaf) extract (for antioxidant protection).

Solubility: Oil

Use rate: 1.0 – 10.0% (up to 100%)

Temperature Tolerance: For emulsion stability purposes, add to the heated oil phase. Avoid temperatures above 80°C. Do not extend heating. Otherwise, keep it below 60°C.

pH Stability: Independent

Appearance: Yellowish liquid

Storage: Store in a cool, dark, and dry place.
