DESCRIPTION: Urea is a humectant, moisturizer and hydrating agent with superior performance on dry, scaly and irritated skin. At high concentrations, it offers keratolytic effects with reduced skin scaling. It also enhances the penetration of skincare actives and supports the skin barrier function. In hair care applications, it acts as a humectant and has anti-static properties.
When you add Urea to your formulations, it increases skin hydration, and elasticity replenishes urea within the skin and softens the skin.
