It can also give the body to shampoos, creams, and emulsions. This substance is a versatile ingredient that comes in the form of a white to cream-coloured waxy solid. It has a wide range of applications, including bubble baths, shower creams, and makeup. When used in liquid and gel products, it imparts a pearlescent appearance, enhancing their visual appeal. Use rate: 0.5 – 2.5%

Solubility: Surfactants – heated with continuous stirring until melted

Temperature Tolerance: Avoid temperatures above 80°C

Melting Point: 58.0 – 64.0°C. Heat higher to increase solubility and stability.

Appearance: White to cream-coloured waxy sold

Storage: Store in a cool, dark and dry place.
