DESCRIPTION: Bromelain is a skin and hair conditioning agent derived from pineapples. It is a natural plant protease. It contains a mix of antioxidants vitamins A, C and E. It helps protect the skin from the effects of free radical damage, restores moisture to the skin, and helps soothe dry and inflamed skin.

Bromelain has a slight peeling effect, which helps makes the skin supple, smooth and radiant. It helps reduce fine lines, which makes it especially good for the eye area, and for skin that is too sensitive to hydroxy acids. It improves the complexion and makes the skin more even, and lightens age spots. It is good in the treatment of the harmful effects of UV exposure. It promotes skin metabolism.

It has a synergistic effect with vitamin C.
