DESCRIPTION: Stearic acid is a natural fatty acid that comes as a waxy solid. It s derived from renewable vegetable oils. It is a surfactant opacifier. It is mainly used to as a stabilizing agent in water-in-oil formulations. It offers thickening and co-emulsifying effects. It can be sued in soap production.

 APPLICATIONS: Used in water-in-oil emulsions, creams, crème cleansers, and anhydrous formulations for its stabilizing power.

Use Rate: 0.5 – 4% in emulsions. >50 in soapds

Appearance: White to slightly yellowish granules

Storage: Store in a cool, dark, and dry place
