DESCRIPTION: Propylene Glycol is an excellent humectant, preservative booster, solvent with low toxicity, excellent stability, high flash and boiling points. It has a much higher dissolving capacity compared to glycerin. It is also less sticky than the latter. It is metabolized to lactic acid within the skin.
