DESCRIPTION: Collagen is an anti-ageing, anti-wrinkle, protecting and regenerating agent. It helps prevent the signs of premature ageing caused by environmental stressors – especially UV-induced radiation.
Collagen is the prevailing and the most important protein in skin tissue. As skin ages, elasticity is reduced, and skin tends to be drier. Environmental factors such as UV radiation accelerate this process. Topical collagen can help counteract this progressive decline, and increase skin elasticity and moisture-binding abilities.
In haircare, it provides film-forming properties that help to condition the hair and bind moisture.
