Gotu kola has long been a part of traditional Chinese medicine well known for its wound-healing properties. Gotu Kola is a rich source of natural bioactive substances, triterpenoid saponins, flavonoids, phenolic acids, triterpene steroids, etc. It is a free radical scavenger, possesses anti-inflammatory properties, and boosts skin hydration and epidermal barrier function.
