DESCRIPTION: Oligo-68 (Oligopeptide-68) is an biomimetic peptide with a unique mechanism of action. It acts on the MITF, TRP-1, and TRP-2 factors – inhibiting the key enzymes that catalyze the activation of melanocyte cells. Oligo-69 reduces the naturally occurring pathways to skin darkening (default skin colour), as well as pathways caused by other factors, such as UV radiation. This boosts skin whitening/lightening results. It decreases both tyrosinase activity and melanin synthesis, producing progressive brightening of the skin, fading dark spots, and evenly toning the complexion. Because of its encapsulated nature, it can provide a continued release for a longer duration. Significant results can be seen in as little as 28 days.
Oligo-68 prevents tyrosinase hyperactivity in the early stages, with significant skin lightening on pigmented spots after only 4 weeks. This peptide induces significant skin lightening shown to have a higher activity than Arbutin and vitamin C.
