DESCRIPTION: Pichia Resveratrol Ferment Extract is a naturally derived resveratrol produced through yeast fermentation (Pichia Pastoris) which makes resveratrol more bioavailable for the skin to absorb. This is because Pichia can break down both oil-soluble and water-soluble components of a plant compound to make the final water-soluble extract. Resveratrol is a potent active for enhancing skin tone, skin lightening and brightening, collagen synthesis with strong antioxidant effects, enhancing the skin’s hydration levels, improving skin elasticity, minimising fine lines and wrinkles and giving the skin an even complexion.

Pichia Pastoris uses resveratrol as a nutrient which means that during its metabolic processes, resveratrol is broken down and converted into more bioavailable intermediaries. It is a multifunctional active for youthful, skin-rejuvenating applications. It promotes wound healing and tissue repair, speeding up the healing of cuts, burns and other skin wounds.  Its anti-inflammatory activity soothes skin irritations like redness.
