DESCRIPTION: EDOSkin-White is derived from the black-lip pearls which are grown in the Tahitan sea, in French Polynesia. The black pearl oyster shell contains an oligopeptide, Conchiolin, that is well known for its skin-lightening properties. It shows superior anti-melanogenesis activity against endothelin. Endothelin is the compound released from keratin cells after UV irradiation. It binds to the melanocyte cells and activates the production of pigmentation. Edo-SkinWhite offers good skin permeability, helping to inhibit melanogenesis. It promotes cell differentiation and decreases the role of uneven distribution of pigment
In vitro test proves that 100ppm of Edo-SkinWhite Oligopeptide restrains melanogenesis caused by endothelin effectively. In vivo tests also demonstrate an obvious fade-away efficacy of skin chloasma in humans. The skin-lightening mechanism of EDOSkin-White is different from most skin-lightener – making it a good addition for synergistic skin-darkening inhibition. When used continuously for at least 28 days, the skin is visibly clearer
