DESCRIPTION: Licorice Extract – Soothe is extracted from the root of Radix Glycyrrhiza Glabra. It is rich in Glycyrrhiza which is a potent skin-soothing and anti-inflammatory compound. It also effectively inhibits the activity of tyrosinase and dopagin tautomatase during the production of melanin which results in fast, safe, and efficient skin lightening. The Difference between the 3 Licorice extracts we stock
Licorice Extract – White has a higher content of Glabradin and a high content of liquidity – making it preferable for skin lightening (Off-white/Beige powder 1.0 -2.0%).
Licorice Extract – Soothe has a lower content of Glabradin and a higher content of Glycyrrhizic acid, making it ideal for anti-inflammatory purposes (White powder (0.5 – 5.0%).
Lico-White: A high concentration of liquiritigenin which lightens already produced melanin for a more even and lighter complexion and combats acne. (Viscous Liquid 0.2 – 1.0%)
