DESCRIPTION: Pure Rosemary hydrosol is a great skin cleanser and toner. Our hydrosols are steam-distilled plant extracts and contain the herbal essence and minute fractions of the volatile hydrophobic portions of the plant. Completely water-soluble. You can enjoy the benefits of the plant without the allergens associated with essential oils.
Hydrosols are bioactive because they are made up of pure, volatile hydrophilic essence, so they do contain the benefits of the plant in a milder form. Rosemary hydrosol is good in both skincare and haircare applications, with some anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties. It’s beneficial for treating problem skin and can be added directly to the heated water phase. Pairs well with chamomile and lavender hydrosols
