DESCRIPTION: Irritation-Shield is a blend of compounds with potent skin-soothing and irritation-inhibiting activity. It is specially designed for fast relief in formulations that contain irritating actives and for sensitive skin products.
Irritation-shield helps alleviate stinging, burning sensations in as little as a few minutes! It soothes sensitive scalp issues, especially during chemical treatments.
It is ideal for products containing vitamin A acid, AHA peels, etc.

HOW TO USE
INCI: Pentylene Glycol (and) Proprietary Mixture
Solubility: Partly miscible in water. For emulsions (Crystallization can occur when temperatures drop – this doesn’t affect efficacy. Gently heat the product in a double boiler before use)
Use rate: 1.0 – 3.0%
Temperature Sensitivity: Avoid temperatures above 85°C
pH Stability: 3.0 – 12.0
Appearance: Colourless to pale yellow, clear liquid with a typical scent.
Storage: Store in a cool, dark, and dry place.
