DESCRIPTION: Cetrimonium Chloride is a cationic surfactant and conditioner. It is used to prevent static electricity on the hair and to aid in detangling. It softens coarse hair and makes it more manageable. It prevents static electricity and improves styling – reducing flyaways. It supports the emulsion due to its emulsifying properties. Works well with non-ionic and cationic surfactants.
