DESCRIPTION: N-Acetyl Glucosamine is a multifunctional active ingredient with skin lightening, hydrating and keratolytic properties. NAG is a natural amine sugar extracted from sea shrimp and crab shells. It is a skin-identical ingredient found in the skin. It strengthens the skin’s barrier integrity. NAG has been shown to stimulate hyaluronic acid production without the skin, stimulate collagen production, increase skin elasticity, reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. N-Acetyl Glucosamine increases exfoliation and increases the speed of wound healing.
