DESCRIPTION: Xanthan gum clear is a high-purity natural polysaccharide gum that produces crystal clear formulations. It is produced by natural fermentation. It thickens and helps stabilizes emulsions. At very low concentrations (0.1 – 0.2), Xanthan gum can sufficiently increase viscosity in formulations needing stability.
